Open Multiple (Home) Pages in Google Chrome

Type the following in the browser

chrome://settings/browser

This will take to the preferences page.
Click for larger view.
AS shown in the figure, go to basics and select the Home page section.
Then on the "open this page" box type the following javascript:

javascript:(function(){ window.location.href='https://sites1.ext'; window.open('http://scholar.google.com/'); })();

Next time you click the home button, you will have two sites open.

"fi" is displayed as Box in Chrome-PDF viewer

classification, simplification, first, find, fixed, specifically, etc what is common in all of them?
"fi" and it is being displayed as a box in my chrome-pdf viewer.
Although it makes sense when we are reading the text, it is annoying.
Is it the case of embedded font by the compiler?
Anything that can be done with it?

Website for Online Ticketing

I have been trying the following for online booking of tickets:

  • http://www.hipmunk.com/ (I like it's clean layout and price comparison bar diagrams that are laid on time scale. However, some of the times, it can not find the flights.)
  • Expedia.com (The famous one.)
  • http://www.bookingbuddy.com/ (I like it's tabbed comparison between sites like expedia, orbitz etc.)
Recently I also found that  bing also gives nicer way to search for flights.

Any other good suggestions?
