Advertising price
The formula to calculate a members' advertising price is 2 to the power of your queue. What this means is that your ad price doubles for every ad in your queue, both Pending and Approved. Note that your price may not increase or decrease as soon as the number of ads in your queue changes. There may be a delay in the price change. No of ads Price in credits Credits earned

You might see this message on blogs you would like to advertise on. This means that a particular member has more than 5 pending requests from others who would like to advertise on that site.
Finally, they are being little bit more logical.
