Dai ko Noodles with Sausage Recipe

Lets name it chau-sage. It is a sausage, with noodles inserted into it.
I had seen it on internet, and wanted to give it a try.
It is easy:
  • Cut the chicken/turkey sausage into circular pieces.
  • insert the noodle stick into the circular pieces (see the picture)
  • boil'em
  • Tada!

  2. Cut >> insert >> and boil how easy :). But it looks (at least in second picture) little spicy... is there any extra 'patent secret' you are hiding ?
