USDA Reports an Increase in the Average Weight of a TurkeyIsn't that amazing?
You can have an idea of what I am talking about by looking at the picture of turkey size...
The dramatic increase in size is evidence of how we are playing with the natural system to tune into our needs.
"Today's average Turkey weights 121 percent more than its 1929 ancestors "
(picture from wired science)
I will call it Turkey Science
Is such "playing with the natural system" OK? Is it the result of good 'diet'? or will some side effects, in form of new diseases be seen in future because of such 'play'?
