Lets name it chau-sage. It is a sausage, with noodles inserted into it.
I had seen it on internet, and wanted to give it a try.

- Cut the chicken/turkey sausage into circular pieces.
- insert the noodle stick into the circular pieces (see the picture)
- boil'em
- Tada!
