Banana Cookies :) #Cooking

I baked cookies from banana.
:)

Here is a brief recipe:

• Three and half bananas
• Flour as required (about a cup and half)
• About quarter cup sugar 
• Egg
• teaspoonful of salt
• one stick butter (at room temperature)
• little bit of cinnamon (why?)

So, I mixed 'em up in a bowl (see pic).  Mixing these materials is a tricky business. Anyone who works knows. (Did not trust me? Read this: http://cee.mit.edu/news/releases/2011/viscous-fingers)

Added teaspoonful of baking soda, and left for few minutes... watched one/two youtube video. 

Then baked it for about 8-10 min.

Not bad!

Oh, I had already preheat the oven in 350 (What unit... really?) Someone please poke the guys at Frigidaire (see pic).

Hi Fridigaire guys what is the unit please?
