Dai ko Noodles with Sausage Recipe

Lets name it chau-sage. It is a sausage, with noodles inserted into it.
I had seen it on internet, and wanted to give it a try.
It is easy:
  • Cut the chicken/turkey sausage into circular pieces.
  • insert the noodle stick into the circular pieces (see the picture)
  • boil'em
  • Tada!

Irene comes to USA east coast

Irene, as seen from International Space Station (ISS)
Air, water, birds etc do not require the paper-works to visit any country. They have no border.
Irene is heading to USA east coast

All the best to those who are playing host to Irene. She is paying visit to the places which are one of the most populated areas in east USA. The worst is that it is expected to travel along the coast, thereby maintaining the power, instead of going into the land and losing power. Lets hope that it will result into a minimal damage.

Edit: found a site which could be helpful for information. http://crisislanding.appspot.com/

From: http://crisislanding.appspot.com/

NS reports that it's dimension is one third of atlantic coast line.

Nepali student spots (possibly) water on Mars

A Nepali undergraduate geophysics student at the University of Arizona, USA was the first to spot signs of possible flowing water during the warmer months on Mars that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced through a press conference on Thursday.[1]
Congratulations to Lujendra Ojha for his achievements!

Why is spotting water important?
Once, I was hiking with one of my scientist friend.  We were catching our part of the air after few miles near the lake. He looked into the lake while resting and said in deep voice:
Do you realize how many billions of dollar has gone into our science projects to find just few drops of these in space?
It was a deep comment and I appreciated it.

Can you think of few reasons why finding water on extra-terrestrial environment may be important? [2,3]
